Fried Egg with Tomato

Sweet and sour, spaghetti and rice are a perfect match.

 

Ingredients

  • Egg(beaten) 4 pcs
  • Tomato(cut into piece) 5 pcs
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Cornstarch Water 1 tbsp
  • Water 100ml

Method

Step 1

Heat up 3 tsp oil in the wok. Fry egg until 70%~80% done. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat up in the wok. Stir fry tomato until soft. Add water, ketchup, sugar and soy sauce. Add fried egg and cornstarch water. Serve.
