Fried Egg with Shrimp

The method is Chinese style with egg fragrance.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 110g
  • Egg(beaten) 3 pcs
  • Spring Onion(finely chopped) 1 stalk
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Milk 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour 2 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Devine the shrimps and use cornflour wash them. Pat dry.

Step 2

Mix egg, chopped spring onion, salt and fresh milk.

Step 3

Heat the oil in the wok with medium heat , saute shrimps to 80% done. Pour in egg mixture on top, fry until both side are slightly brown. Serve.
