Ingredients
- Egg(beaten) 5 pcs
- Bitter Marrow 160g
- Dried Scallop(shredded) 2 pcs
- Spring Onion(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Garlic(puree) 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsps
- SEASONING
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Broth 4 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Cut the bitter marrow into halves and remove the seed. Rinse and slice. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan to saute the garlic. Then, add in bitter marrow and seasonings. Remove and drain.
Step 3
Beat the eggs and mix bitter marrow, dried scallop and spring onion.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Pour in the egg mixture and pan-fry until both sides turn golden brown. Serve.
