Ingredients
- Beef(sliced) 100g
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp,1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
- Spring Onion(chopped) 1 stalk
- Tomato(cut into piece) 2 pcs
- Chicken Broth 150ml
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch Water 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the egg and set aside. Then, heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the beef until 90% done.
Step 3
Add in spring onion and tomato. Pour in chicken broth and seasonings. Cook until soften. Put back the egg and beef. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Serve.
