- Clam 250g
- Pork(minced) 100g
- Tomato(cut into piece, peeled) 3 pcs
- Garlic(minced) 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- MARINADE
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- SEASONING
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp

Method
Step 1
Marinate the pork with marinade for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat up 2 tsp oil in the wok. Stir-fry the garlic in the wok. Add the pork for 1 minute until half-cooked, mix tomatoes and seasonings, add the clams, cover and cook for 2 minutes until the clams open. Serve.
