Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin(shredded) 200g
- Spring Onion 6 stalks
- Purple Onion(sliced) 1/2 pc
- Gerlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger(sliced) some
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch Water 1 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Chicken Powder 1/3 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3 tbsp
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
- SEASONING
- Chicken Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3 tbsp
- Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch some
Method
Step 1
Marinate beef tenderloin with marinade for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Fried beef until medium done. Set aside. Saute garlic, purple onion and spring onion until aromatic. Add Shaoxing wine. Then, add back beef and seasoning mix well. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Serve.
