Deep-fried Potato Cake

The potato is crispy.


  • Potato(peeled,shredded) 2~3 pcs
  • Egg(beaten) 2 pc
  • Thai Sweet Chili Sauce some
  • Oil 500 ml


Step 1

Wash, peeled and finely shredded potato. Mix with egg.

Step 2

Heat the oil with high heat in the pan. Potato mixture make a cake model. Put in the pan, Fry it with low heat until golden brown both side. Absorb the oil. Serve with thai sweet chili sauce.
