The chips is crispy. Everybody like it.
Tips: Potato flour can change corn flour or flour.
- Green Apple 1 pc
- Red Apple 1 pc
- Potato Flour 1/2 cup
- Sea Salt 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar some
- Table Salt some
- Oil 500 ml
Cut apples into thin slices and mix with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp white pepper powder for season.
Coat apple slices with potato flour.
Heat oil to 120 C. Deep-fry the chips once under low heat to reduce its water content until little golden. Set aside. Best on top of a tin rack.
Then, Heat oil to 180 C. Deep fry for 5~10 second until light golden brown. Season with table salt or brown sugar. Serve.
