Curry Beef Brisket with Assorted Vegetables

  • Beef Brisket 600g
  • Onion(diced) 120g
  • Carrot(shredded) 120g
  • Tumip(diced) 120g
  • Tomato(diced) 120g
  • Garlic(chopped) 2 tbsps
  • Ginger(chopped) 2 tbsps
  • Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
  • Curry Paste 2 tbsps
  • White Papper Powder some
  • Salt some
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • Water some


Step 1

Rinse beef brisket thoroughly and cut into chunks, Scald and drain for later use.

Step 2

Heat oil in the wok. Saute onion, garlic, ginger,curry paste. Then, put in and saute tomato. Beef brisket, Then, add in water and braise for 2 hours. Then, put in mix vegetables stew for 10 minutes and thicken with some cornflour water and Coconut milk. Boiling. Dish up and serve hot.
