Cumin Chicken Wings with Black Sesame

Simply to make, yet delectable.

Tips: 1. To ensure the chicken wings are thoroughly cooked, fry them for 3 minutes with covered lid, and flip them over and fry again.
2. Roasted or fried black sesame will be more fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Middle Wing 1 lb
  • Black Sesame(fried) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic(minced) 2 cloves
  • Ginger(minced) 10g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Chicken Powder 3 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp
  • Five Spice Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse and drain chicken wings.

Step 2

Mix marinade and chicken wings in the big bowl well. Marinate for around 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok over medium high. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken wings and pan-fry them until both sides are golden brown.

Step 4

Put chicken wings on a plate. Sprinkle black sesames on top. Serve.
