Crispy Potato Cake

The potato cake is crisp on the outside tender inside.

Tips: It can eat it with tomato sauce.


  • Potato 200g
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Tapioca Starch 2 tbsp
  • Butter(melted) 30g
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Paper Towel


Step 1

Shred the potato and dry with paper towel.

Step 2

Mix the potato with all the ingredients.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Add the potato into the pan. Pan-fry for 3~4 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy with medium heat. Serve.
