This is tradition Chinese cake.
Tips : Add the cooled syrup into glutinous rice flour to make stir well.
- Glutinous Rice Flour 300g
- Sugar 100g
- Peas 75g
- Coconut Juice 3/4 cup
- Water 3/4 cup
- Oil 1.5 tbsp
Rinse and soak peas briefly. Boil with some water until tendered. Drain.
Boil 3/4 cup water and melt sugar. Leave it to cool.
Add the cooled syrup into glutinous rice flour and stir well. Put in coconut juice and stir into a hick batter. Add in oil and the peas.
Pour the above ingredients into a greased cake tin. Steam over heat for 1~1.5 hours until done. Serve.
