Chocolate Cookie

The cookie is rich chocolate. It is tender taste.

Tips : 1. It oven chocolate need to 3 times with every 30 seconds to avoid over cook.
2. The cookie mixture is not flattened, because it melt self.
3. The cookies need more space to avoid paste.
4. The cookie need cool down after oven to avoid cooked.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour 150g
  • Soft Butter 100g
  • Dark Chocolate 125g
  • Coco Powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 100g
  • Dark Diced chocolate 90g
  • Vanilla Essence some
  • Salt some
  • Egg 1.5 pc

Method

Step 1

Boil the chocolate and cover. Put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Step 3

Whisk the butter with sugar, vanilla essence. Then, add in egg and whisk for several minutes until smooth.

Step 4

Mix flour with salt, baking powder and coco powder. Then, sieve. Add the chocolate into butter mixture. Mix well. Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. mix well and add in chopped chocolate.

Step 5

Wrap the oven tray with baking paper. Use 2 tbsp mixture as 1 portion. Bake for 16 minutes until golden brown. Cool down. Serve.
