- Unsalt Butter 70g
- Caster Sugar 30g
- Syrup 1/2 tbsp
- Rolled Oat 210g
- Dark Chocolate Chips 50g
- Raisins 50g
Melt butter, caster sugar and syrup in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved and leave to warm slightly.
Stir in rolled oat, chocolate chips and raisins and mix well. Pour mixture into a tin press gently.
Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 C for 25~30 minutes until golden brown.
When baked, allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Cut into squares.
