Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet(cut into 24 square pcs) 300g
- Onion(cut into 12 square pcs) 100g
- Green Pepper(cut into 12 square pcs) 80g
- Tomato(cut into 12 square pcs) 80g
- Bamboo Stick 4 pcs
- Oil 2 tsp
- SEASONINGS
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp

- Butte(melted) 3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate prepared ingredients with blended seasonings for more than 30 minutes.
Step 2
Skewer a variety of ingredients onto bamboo sticks alternately with chicken, tomato, onion and green pepper, then glaze with melted butter and lemon juice.
Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Pan fry kebabs until done. Serve.
