Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet(shredded) 200g
- Fresh Black Mushroom 30g
- Garlic(sliced) 2 tbsps
- Ginger(sliced)1 tbsp
- Golden Mushroom 50g
- Seaweed some
- White Sesame Seeds some
- Butter 40g
- SAUCE
- Miso 2 tbsps
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Ginger Juice 2 tsps
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- White Wine 1/2 tsp
- Water 50 ml
- MARINADE
- Miso 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1/2 tbsp
- White Wine 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Cut into small pieces and marinade the chicken fillet for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the sauce.
Step 3
Heat the butter in the pan with medium heat. Add chicken fillet and stir fry on high heat for a while.
Step 4
Add black mushroom and fry. Add sauce. Cook until boil and then simmer for 3 minutes. Add golden mushroom and cook for a while. Sprinkle with seaweed and white sesame. Serve.
