Carrot Pork Rolls with Sauce

Ingredients
- Celery 2 stalks
- Carrot 2 pcs
- Pork(Slices) 16pcs
- Oil 5 tbsps
- SEASONINGS
- White Pepper Powder some
- Salt some
- SAUCE
- Shallot 2 pcs
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Water 6 tbsps
- Sugar 1/2 tbsp
- Cornstarch Water some
Method
Step 1
Peel the skin of the celery. Shred and blanch in boiling water with 1 tsp oil, set aside.
Step 2
Pell the skin of carrots and shred. Mix well with 1 tbsp oil and some salt.
Step 3
Tuck the carrot and celery slices in between the pork. Powder with cornstarch and roll. Fix with toothpick. Powder with some white pepper powder and salt.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsps oil. Pan fry the rolls until both sides turn golden brown and cooked.
Step 5
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil. fry the shallot. Add in ketchup, soy sauce, water and sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Pour onto the rolls. Serve.
