The dish is fragrant, crisp and sweet.
- Carrot(remove skin, grated) 2 pc
- Onion(remove skin, finely chopped) 1 pc
- Sweet Potatoes(peeled, grated) 2 pcs
- Egg 2 pc
- Lemon(juiced) 1/2 pc
- Cornstarch 3 tbsp
- Ground Black Pepper some
- Oil some
Mix carrots, onion, sweet potatoes, lemon juice, corn flour, black pepper powder and eggs into large bowl.
Heat oil in pan. Pour a large tablespoon of carrot mixture into middle of the pan and make a thin pancake in your preferred size. Fit in as many pancakes as possible without overlapping ingredients.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pancake turns slightly brown and serve.
