Carrot and Beetroot Soup

Tips : After boiled the soup, it cold down by water-both method and put in refrigerator to change cold dish. add sour cream. Serve.

 

 

Ingredients

  • Beetroot(peel,finely chopped) 150g
  • Small Carrot(peel,finely chopped) 1pc
  • Chicken Broth 500ml
  • Orange juice 60ml
  • Garlic(minced) 1tsp
  • Ginger(minced) 1tsp
  • Sour Cream suitable
  • Salt few
  • White Pepper Powder few
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Heating olive oil. Saute garlic and ginger, add the beetroot, carrot and chicken broth to bring to boil with low heat for 20 minutes. Add the orange juice. Puree with blender.

Step 2

Season the soup with salt and white pepper powder. Stir it. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
