Ingredients
- Flour 1 cup
- Egg(beated) 1 pc
- Water 3/4 cup
- Enaporated Milk 1/2 cup
- Oil some
- INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- Button Mushroom (sliced) 1 cup
- Chicken(diced) 3 oz
- Carrot(diced) 1/2 cup
- Green Peas 1/3 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- SEASONING
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Cornflour some
Method
Step 1
Beat egg thoroughly. Add sifted flour, evaporated milk and water. Stir well until a smooth paste is formed. Allow to chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Season chicken with salt, cornflour and white pepper powder. Mix well and scald. Scald carrot and green peas. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Then mix it with 1 tbsp flour. Shallow fry over low heat until fragrant. Add a suitable amount of hot water. Stir well to form a smooth paste. Fold in chicken, carrot, green peas, button mushrooms and seasoning. Blend well to form a filling. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Heat a flat pan. Brush oil and pour in a portion of paste. Fry to form a pancake wrapper. Take out and stuff with filling. Roll up to form pancake. Serve.
