Ingredients
- Shrimp 150g
- Baby Scallop 100g
- Squid(medium size, cut into small pieces) 1 pc
- Bean Curd(Tofu)(cut into cubes) 1 pack
- Garlic(minced) 1 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Cornstarch Water some
- Chicken Broth 250ml
- Oil 2 tsp
- MARINADE
- White Wine 2 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) 2 tbsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Method
Step 1
Marinade shrimp, scallop and squid with marinade for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tsp oil over medium high heat in the wok, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the shrimps, scallops, squid and quick stir.
Step 3
Add chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Add bean curd(tofu) and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch water for thickening, season with salt and white pepper powder. Serve.
