Braised Seafood with Bean Curd(Tofu)

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 150g
  • Baby Scallop 100g
  • Squid(medium size, cut into small pieces) 1 pc
  • Bean Curd(Tofu)(cut into cubes) 1 pack
  • Garlic(minced) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger(minced) 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornstarch Water some
  • Chicken Broth 250ml
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • MARINADE
  • White Wine 2 tbsp
  • Ginger(minced) 2 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Marinade shrimp, scallop and squid with marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 2 tsp oil over medium high heat in the wok, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the shrimps, scallops, squid and quick stir.

Step 3

Add chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Add bean curd(tofu) and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch water for thickening, season with salt and white pepper powder. Serve.
