  • Pork Chop 500g
  • Pumpkin(remove the skin, seed and cut pieces) 500g
  • Onion(shredded) 1 pc
  • Chicken Broth 375ml
  • Cornstarch Water some
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp


Step 1

Rinse the pork chop and absorb the water, Marinate with marinade for a while.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok. Pan-fry the pork chop and set aside. Then saute the onion and pumpkin. Pour in chicken broth. Put the pork chop back and braise in medium heat for 5~8 minutes.

Step 3

Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Serve.
