The beef meat is crispy and has a wine aroma and taste.

Tips: You can use beef brisket instead of oxtail, and you can use the mixed vegetable ingredients as you like.

Ingredients

  • Ox Tail 800g
  • Onion(diced) 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(diced) 1/2 cup
  • Tomato(diced) 1 cup
  • Corn(sectioned) 1 pc
  • Celery(diced) 3 pcs
  • Button Mushroom(sliced) 1 cup
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • SEASONING
  • Beer 1 can
  • Chicken Stock 2 lit

Method

Step 1

Rinse the ox tail and chop into pieces. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a tbsp oil to saute the chopped garlic, chopped ginger, diced onion and tomato paste. Then, add in seasonings, ox tail and cook in medium heat. Braise for 2 hours. Then, add in assorted vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
