Ingredients
- Beef Brisket(parboiled, rinsed) 800g
- Daikon Radish(cut into cubes) 400g
- Spring Onion 1 stake
- Ginger 20g
- Shaoxing Wine 3 tbsp
- Chicken Broth 2 lit
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients(except Daikon Radish) into the pot, cooked under high heat for 10 mins, turned medium low and braise for 1 hour.
Step 2
Place the Daikon Radish into the stew and braised for 30 minutes until soft, cut the beef brisket into pieces. Put all the ingredients into the bowl cloth, pour in the clear soup, Serve.
