Blueberry Cheese Cake

The cake is soft and cuddly.


  • Cream Cheese 100g
  • Sugar 20g
  • Lemon Zest some
  • Lemon Juice some
  • Sour Cream 25g
  • Digestive(crumb) 40g
  • Butter(melted) 20g, 15g
  • Blueberry 20g
  • Vanilla Oil 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Blueberry Jam some


Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix digestive crumbs and 20g butter, press firmly and evenly at bottom of ungreased 6 inch baking pan, bake in 180 C oven for 15 minutes, set aside.

Step 3

Preheat the oven at 150 C for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Put cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, gradually add sugar and salt, beat well.

Step 5

Add eggs and beat until well blended. Then, add lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla oil, stir well. Then, add 15g melted butter and sour cream, beat until smooth.

Step 6

Pour over digestive mixture, bake in 150 C oven for 1 hour.

Step 7

Cool down, Mix blueberries and blueberry jam. Place it on top. Serve.
