Tips: 1. Fix the end with corn starch to avoid spread.
2. Pan-fry with low heat.
- Enoki Mushroom 1 pack
- Beef(sliced) 1/2 lb
- Wine some
- Cornflour some
- Oil 3 tsp
- Roast Meat Sauce 3 tsp
- Water 1/2 tsp
Chop the root of the enoki mushroom. Rinse and remove.
Defrost the beef for 30 minutes. Place the beef on chopping board and sprinkle it with beef. Then stuff with enoki mushroom and roll. Fix the end with corn starch.
Heat the oil to pan-fry the beef rolls for 3 minutes in low heat. Remove the excess oil. Then, add in wine and meat sauce, boil until reduced. Serve.
