Beef and vegetable in Pot with Japanese Style

Tips: The beef is over cook easy.

Ingredients

  • Beef(sliced) 200g
  • Onion(peeled and cut into pieces) 100g
  • Potato(peeled and cut into pieces) 150g
  • Carrot(peeled and cut into pieces) 100g
  • Golden Mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Rice(hot, cooked) 160g
  • SAUCE
  • Beef Broth 1 cup
  • Japanese Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Mirin 2 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Heat sauce until boiled. Add onion, potatoes and carrot. Cover with lid and cook until tender. Remove vegetable to a bowl.

Step 2

Cook mushroom until just tender. Remove. Add onto vegetables.

Step 3

Cook beef until just done. Remove. Add onto vegetables.

Step 4

Reduce the sauce a bit. Pour over meat. Serve with rice.
