Ingredients
- Beef(sliced) 200g
- Onion(peeled and cut into pieces) 100g
- Potato(peeled and cut into pieces) 150g
- Carrot(peeled and cut into pieces) 100g
- Golden Mushroom 1/2 cup
- Rice(hot, cooked) 160g
- SAUCE
- Beef Broth 1 cup
- Japanese Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Mirin 2 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Heat sauce until boiled. Add onion, potatoes and carrot. Cover with lid and cook until tender. Remove vegetable to a bowl.
Step 2
Cook mushroom until just tender. Remove. Add onto vegetables.
Step 3
Cook beef until just done. Remove. Add onto vegetables.
Step 4
Reduce the sauce a bit. Pour over meat. Serve with rice.
