- Hard Beancurd 2 pcs
- Japanese Mushroom 100g
- Fresh Black Mushroom 100g
- Enoki Mushroom 100g
- Ginko 100g
- Garlic(finely chopped) 2 tsp
- Broth 150ml
- Oil 1 tbsp
- SEASONINGS
- Soy Sauce 2 tsps
- Sugar 2 tsps
- Oyster Sauce 2 tsps
- Cornstarch 2 tsps
- Water 1/3 cup
Method
Step 1
Cut the beancurd into large pieces. Absorb the water. Then, Pan-fry until golden yellow. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat the pan to saute garlic. Then add in assorted mushrooms and ginko. Then, pour in broth to cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the seasonings and stir until boiling. pour onto the beancurd. Serve.
