Tips: The cucumber or celery can replace zucchini.
Ingredients
- Japanese Mushroom 30g
- Carrot(sherdded) 30g
- Zucchini(shredded) 30g
- Bean curd(tofu) 250g
- Egg 2 pcs
- White Sesame Seeds some
- Oil 2 tbsps
- SEASONING
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsps
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Wipe well the Japanese mushroom. Remove the root. Set aside.
Step 2
Mash the tofu. Strained. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Stir fry the mushroom, carrot and zucchini. Add seasonings, bean curd(tofu) and cook until hot. Cool down. Then, add the egg and mix well.
Step 4
heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Add the bean curd(tofu) mixture. Pan fry until set. Flip over. Pan fry well. Serve with a pinch of white sesame seeds.
