Baked Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon2021-04-18

Tips: Can use other sauce.
- Potato 2 pc
- Onion(chopped) 1/2 pc
- Pork(minced) 120g
- Bacon(chopped) 8 slice
- Cream Garlic Cheese Sauce 10 oz
Cut the potatoes into a cup-shaped and boil it until 80% cooked. Leave it to dry. Set aside.
Fly onion with medium heat until golden brown, add bacons to fry quickly and add cooked minced pork to cook another 2~3 minutes until fragrance. Pour half of creamy garlic cheese sauce to cook for while and put it to the cup-shaped potatoes.
Preheated oven with 200C for 10 minutes.
Put the remaining half of creamy garlic cheese sauce on the top of potatoes and put into oven with 200C for 3~4 minutes until done. Serve.
