Has a strong cheese flavor.
- Beef Fillet(thinly slice) 320g
- Eggplant(middle size, cut into 5-mm pieces) 2 pcs
- Whole Tomato(cut fine cube) 250g
- Onion(cut into pieces) 1/2 pc
- Ginger(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Assorted Cheese Mix 100g
- Oil 1 tsp, 2 tsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Whipping Cream 130ml
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan. Stir fry ginger until fragrance, add beef until lightly brown. Season with salt and white pepper powder. Set aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Stir fry onion until fragrant. Add fried onion to the fried beef. mix well.
Cut off the stem of the eggplants. Cut into 5-mm slices. Add oil to a pan and fry eggplants until soft.
To make the tomato sauce, blend the tomatoes in a blender until fine. Stir in sauce with whipping cream and sugar.
Preheat the oven 180C for 10 minutes.
Put the onion and beef mixture on the bottom of a baking tray. Then spread half of the tomato sauce over it. Arrange a layer of eggplant over the tomato sauce. Top with the remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle assorted cheese mix on top.Bake in an oven 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
