Tips : Soak the deep-fried Japanese beancurd(tofu) into hot water. Rinse and absorb the water to clear oil.
- White Radish 200g
- Deep-fried Japanese Beancurd(tofu) 1 pc
- Spring Onion(diced) some
- Japanese White Miso 4 tbsps
- Dashi Broth 4 cups
Peel the skin of the white radish and slice.
Soak the deep-fried Japanese beancurd(tofu) into hot water. Rinse and absorb the water. Then, chop into pieces.
Put the dashi broth, turnip and beancurd(tofu) into the pot. Then, boil until white radish soft. Turn off the heat. Add in the white miso. Sprinkle with some spring onion and ready to serve.
