Tofu(Beancurd) Burger with Tariyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • Firm Beancurd(tofu) 350g
  • Pork(minced) 200g
  • Spring Onion(diced) 1tbsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornflour 2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • TOPPING
  • Teriyaki Sauce 3 tbsps
  • Water 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Sprinkle dash of salt over tofu(beancurd), allow to stand for 15 minutes and drain well. Mix well with other ingredient and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tsp oil in frying pan with mefium heat, scoop a tablespoon of tofu(beadcurd) mixture in pan, fry until both side golden brown, set aside.

Step 3

Blend water and Tariyaki Sauce. Lower heat until sauce in thick. Pour over tofu to serve.
