Three Kinds Rice

This is main course with simply and health.

Tips: It can change other meat and vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked, hot) 350g
  • Chicken(minced) 200g
  • Ginger juice some
  • Eggs(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Salt 1/4 s
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Peapods 100g
  • Oil 2 tsps
  • Salt some
  • SEASONING
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsps
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Mix the seasonings with miced chicken. Then, put into the wok and cook until done. Pour in ginger juice.

Step 2

Mix the salt, milk and egg. Heat the 1 tsp oil in the pan, fried the egg mixture until done. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan, fried the peapods until done with salt.

Step 4

Pour the rice into 2 bowl. Then, add in chicken, egg and peas. Serve.
