- Celery(diced) 50g
- Carrot(diced) 50g
- Enokitake(trim the ends) 1 pk
- Spinach(diced) some
- Egg White 2 pcs
- Water 600ml
- Cornstarch Water some
- Ginger 2 slices
- SEASONING
- Mushroom Powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Boil the 600ml water, add in the diced celery, carrot, spinach, ginger and the seasonings.
Step 2
Add in the Cornstarch Water, and slowly stir the mixed egg white in the soup. Serve.
