Ingredients

  • Celery(diced) 50g
  • Carrot(diced) 50g
  • Enokitake(trim the ends) 1 pk
  • Spinach(diced) some
  • Egg White 2 pcs
  • Water 600ml
  • Cornstarch Water some
  • Ginger 2 slices
  • SEASONING
  • Mushroom Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Boil the 600ml water, add in the diced celery, carrot, spinach, ginger and the seasonings.

Step 2

Add in the Cornstarch Water, and slowly stir the mixed egg white in the soup. Serve.
