Thai Stir-fried Minced Pork with Rice and Fried Egg

The rice is fully Thai style.

Tips: Other rice replace three-colored rice.

Ingredients

  • Pork(minced) 200g
  • Shallot(minced) 3 pc
  • Garlic(minced) 3 cloves
  • Red Chili(chopped) 1 pc
  • Basil Leaves 1 stalk
  • Lime Leaves(torn off main veins, shredded) 3 stalks
  • Lime(grind the peel, juiced) 1 pc
  • Oil 1 tbsp, some
  • Fish Sauce some
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Cooked Three-colored Rice 1 bowl
  • MARINADE
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Mix minced pork with the marinade and scatter lightly. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat some oil in the wok. fry the egg, set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok with medium heat.Add minced pork, shallots, garlic and red chili. Stir-fry until golden brown and scattered. Add lime leaves, basil, ground lime peel, lime juice and some fish sauce. Stir-fry until dry. Serve with the fried egg and rice.
