Sweet soup is dessert of China.
Tips: Cornstarch water control thicken level.
- Pumpkin(peeled,de-seed,cut into pieces) 300g
- Corn Kernels 80g
- Sugar 40g
- Coconut Milk 80g
- Cream 20 ml
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Water 900g, 3 tbsp
Peel and de-seed the pumpkin. Steam for 15 minutes until soft. Mash the pumpkin with a fork.
Bring water to boil. Add in mashed pumpkin, corn and coconut milk.
Add cream and sugar. Mix with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 3 tbsp water. Then, pour in the sweet soup. Serve.
