Ingredients

  • Spare Rib 320g
  • Strawberry 4 pc
  • Cornflour 3 tbsps
  • Oil (for deep-fry) 750ml
  • MARINADE
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Curry Oil 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 1/2 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Apple Vinegar 80g
  • Chinkiang Vinegar 40g
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse the spare rib and chop. Rinse the strawberry and cut into halves.

Step 2

Marinate the spare rib with marinade for 20 minutes. Dip it with cornflour and deep-fry until golden brown and done. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Cook the seasonings until thicken. Add in the spare rib and strawberry. Ready to serve.
