Ingredients

  • Squid 4 pcs
  • Pork(minced) 300g
  • Shallot(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • MARINADES
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp
  • SAUCE
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Wash squid. Remove the translucent cartilage and tentacles.

Step 2

Mix pork and shallot. marinate to make filling.

Step 3

Brush squid with cornflour. Stuff with filling until 60% full.

Step 4

Heat the oil with middle heat. Fry squid until golden brown.

Step 5

Mix ingredients of sauce. pour on squid and cook for 5 minutes. Slash squid diagonally. Serve.
