It is good match for biscuit, bread and toast.
- Strawberry 500 g
- Water 100 ml
- Sugar 120 g
- Gelatine powder 1/2 tsp
- Malt Sugar 150 g
- Lemon(squeeze the juice) 1 pc
- Salt water
Soak the strawberry in the salt water for 4 minutes. Rinse and remove the stem. Cut into pieces and blend.
Cook the blended strawberry with sugar and gelatine powder in low heat. Stir until all melt well.
Add in malt sugar and stir well. remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
Pour in lemon juice and put in the jar. Cool down and fringe. Can keep for 1 month. To serve with toast and biscuit.
