Stir-fried French Beans with XO Sauce

The cook method is Chinese style. French bean is crispy with pork fragrance.

Tips: XO sauce is Hong Kong of China sauce.

Ingredients

  • French Bean 300g
  • Prok(minced) 120g
  • Garlic(paste) 1 tbsp
  • XO Sauce 3 tbsps
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Rice Wine some
  • MARINADE
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornstarch Water 2 tbsps
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Cut french beans into bit size, blanch in boiling water, rinse until cool then drain well.

Step 2

Add marinade into minced pork and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the oil in the wok. Saute garlic, stir in the pork until done. Add the beans and and drizzle dash of rice wine to heat through. Pour in the Xo Sauce to mix well. Serve.
