The cook method and ingredients is simply.
- Prawn(rinse, trim, de-vein) 360g
- Shallot 1 pc
- Garlic(sliced) 1 clove
- Red Pepper(shredded) 1pc
- Spring Onion(section) 1 stalk
- Deep-fried Garlic some
- Garlic Salt some
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp
- Oil 500ml
Rinse and trim the prawns. Cut open the prawns along the back and de-vein. Dust cornstarch on prawns.
Heat 500ml oil in the wok, deep fry prawns until 70% done. Remove and set aside.
Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the wok. Saute shallot, red pepper, spring onion, deep-fried garlic and garlic. Return prawns to the wok. Add garlic salt and stir well. Serve.
