This is Chinese style fried noodle with tradition and simply.
Tips: It avoide smell and water before it saute bean sprout.
- Dried Noodle Cake 2 pcs
- Bean Sprout 150g
- Chives 75g
- Onion(shredded) 1 pc
- Spring Onion(sectioned) 2 stalks
- Sesame(stir-fried) some
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Coriander some
- Oil 3 tsps
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsps
- Sugar 1 tsp
Scatter noodle cake in boiling water and drain well. Rinse bean sprout. Cut chives and spring onion into section. Skin and cut into sections.
Heat 1 tsp oil, saute bean sprout until tendered and dish up. Drain its moisture.
Heat 1 tsp oil in the wok, beat the egg, then, pour in the wok until egg skin. Shred the egg skin. Set aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil, saute onion. Then put in the noodle and seasonings, saute until dried. Add in the chives spring onion. bean sprout and shredded egg. Dish up and sprinkle with some fried sesame and coriander. Serve.
