Stir Fried Bef with Kimchi

The beef dish is rich Korea style.

Tips: Different brands of Kimchi have different tastes, so try to season.

Ingredients

  • Beef Fillet(sliced) 150g
  • Kimchi 100g
  • Garlic(minced) 1/2 clove
  • Onion(shredded) 50g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Marinate the beef.

Step 2

Shred onion, Squeeze excess liquid out of Kimchi and cut into mouthful pieces.

Step 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic and onion.

Step 4

Add beef and kimchi. Stir well. Season with Korean soy sauce with necessary. Serve.
