Stir Fried Beef with Japanese Style

Ingredients

  • Beef loin (ribs) 230g
  • Garlic(skinned, sliced) 75g
  • Onion 40g
  • Ginger(finely chopped) some
  • Garlic(finely chopped) some
  • Butter some
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 4 tbsp, 1 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Saugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sake 1.5 tbsps
  • Oil 4 tbsp, 1 tsp
  • Japanese BBQ Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Slice and scald garlic, Heat the 4 tbsp oil in the wok. Deep fry garlic until golden.

Step 2

Sprinkle beef with 1/2 salt and black pepper powder. heat non-stick pan add oil and beef. Fry both sides of beef until fragrant( or until 60% done). Dice.

Step 3

Heat the 1 tsp oil in the wok. Stir fry ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Pour in the seasoning. Cook until the sauce reduces. Put in butter and stir fry. Turn off the heat, add beef and stir fry. Transfer to plate. Put deep fried sliced garlic on the side of beef and serve.
