The ingredient and method is simply. It can choose your favorite seafood.
Tips: Salt can replace chicken powder.
- Frozen Assorted Seafood 250g
- Potato(peel, diced) 300g
- Onion(chopped) 1/3 pc
- Parsley(diced) 1~2 stalk
- Spring Onion(diced) 1 stalk
- Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp, 3/4 tsp, 1/4 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Unfreeze assorted seafood, blanch with boiling water with 1/2 tsp salt and dry it, then mix 1/4 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp cornflour and some white pepper powder.
Peel potato, dice, put in water, then dry it.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok, fry diced potato until golden, add onion, assorted seafood, 3/4 chicken powder and some white pepper powder, and stir-fry well. Add parsley and spring onion at last. Serve.
