- Sparerib(cut into pieces) 250g
- Pumpkin(peeled,cut into pieces) 250g
- Garlic 3 pcs
- Spring Onion(cut into pieces) 1 stalk
- Chicken Broth 500ml
- Oil 1 tbsps
- Cornflour Water 2 tbsps
Heat the wok with 1 tbsp. Fry the garlic until fragrance. Then add and fry sparerib until golden brown, add pumpkin. Add chicken broth until boiling, switch heat to medium strength and stew for 5 minutes.
Switch to low heat to stew for 10 minutes. Add cornflour water and spring onion, stir and serve.
