Ingredients

  • Sparerib(cut into pieces) 250g
  • Pumpkin(peeled,cut into pieces) 250g
  • Garlic 3 pcs
  • Spring Onion(cut into pieces) 1 stalk
  • Chicken Broth 500ml
  • Oil 1 tbsps
  • Cornflour Water 2 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Heat the wok with 1 tbsp. Fry the garlic until fragrance. Then add and fry sparerib until golden brown, add pumpkin. Add chicken broth until boiling, switch heat to medium strength and stew for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Switch to low heat to stew for 10 minutes. Add cornflour water and spring onion, stir and serve.
