Stewed Pork Balls

This is tradition China Shanghai style.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth 750ml
  • Pork(minced) 200g
  • Pat Choi or Shanghai Cabbage(sectioned) 250g
  • Dried Shrimp(finely chopped) 10g
  • Dried Mushroom(soaked, finely chopped) 1 pc
  • Ginger(finely chopped) 1 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Seasoning 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Mix minced pork with seasoning and stir until sticky. Add dry shrimp, mushrooms and chopped ginger and mix well. Divide mixture into small portions and mould into meatballs like the size of Pingpong ball.

Step 2

Bring to boil the chicken broth. Add a little oil and pork balls until cooked. Then, add Pat Choi or Shanghai Cabbage. Sizzle in sesame oil. Serve.
