Stewed Chicken with Sweet Potato

Tips: 1. Chicken meat can replace chicken leg.
2. Broth can replace Dashi broth.

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato 150g
  • Chicken Leg 1 pc
  • Spring Onion 2 stalk
  • SEASONINGS
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Dashi Broth 1/2 cup
  • Salt some
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Wash the sweet potato and cut both ends. Cut the sweet potato into 1 cm thick pieces. Poach the sweet potato for 5 minutes. Drain.

Step 2

Wash the chicken leg and cut into pieces. Drain.

Step 3

Put the seasonings into the wok, add in sweet potato, chicken and stew with low heat for 10 minutes. Then, add in spring onion and cook until it is done.
