The cook method is Chinese style
- Beef Briskets(cut into 5cm chunks) 1 kg
- Onion(shredded) 1 pc
- Garlic(chopped) 2 tsp
- Red Wine 2 cups
- Beef Broth 2 cups
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
- Bay Leaf 2 pcs
- Carrot(sliced) 300g
- Oil 3 tbsps
- White Pepper Powder some
- Salt some
Blanch beef brisket in boiling water, remove and drain.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in the pot, saute brisket, add onion and chopped garlic.
Add red wine and beef broth, bring to a boil, add worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, salt and white pepper powder, simmer over gentle heat for approx. 2 hours.
Add carrot slices and cook for another 30 minutes.
When beef brisket is tender. Serve with rice or pasta.
